Are your stores pet friendly?

Service animals are allowed. We do not allow large pets on leashes, however, small animals are welcome and must be carried by the owner at all times and not allowed on furniture displays. Thank you.

Can I make an appointment with a designer?

Please email us at webhelp@livingspaces.com to set up a design appointment. Let us know which location and preferred time and we will work with our stores to set this up for you. You may also reach us at (877) 266-7300 if you would like to speak with one of our representatives. Thank you.

What is the return process?

If in store, you will first need to go to the cashier to get the proper paperwork and then visit the loading area for them to finalize the return of your item. If you have purchase online, please contact our Guest Services team at (877) 266-7300 and one of our representatives will assist you further in returning your item. Do you have interior designers?

Yes. We have interior designers available to help you at any of our store locations. There is no charge for this service.

What does "Where to find it" mean?

This button indicates that the item's stock has been depleted and only the remaining display models are for sale. In order to purchase this item, please visit a store where the item is displayed.

What is phoenix - DC mean? Is that Phoenix, Arizona?

Yes. That is our Phoenix Distribution Center which is attached to our Phoenix showroom.

Do all stores carry the same merchandise?

Yes, with exceptions to Vista, La Mirada, Van Nuys, and Rancho Cucamonga which all have an outlet center. These outlet centers will have additional items which some stores may not. Additionally, all items in all stores can be viewed online.
